Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@ethicanutrition.com with your Order # and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the Return Address provided.
- Ship the item(s) back. Include your order number inside the package.
Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for funds to appear on your statement.
- If you prefer an exchange (flavor/product), let us know—happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
Exceptions
- Gift cards, downloadable content, and final-sale items (if any) are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated empty-container returns).
